Where to begin

Fine Art & Wedding Photographers

If you live in the general Ithaca NY area then we will meet in person at a coffee shop or wherever. If not, we will Facetime or just speak on the phone about the details. I want to hear what you're looking for, your ideas, what's the most important part of the photography for you. I will ask about your family, number of guests, type of ceremony, reception and other details about the day.

I will present our wedding agreement. This is a document explaining the liability of my studio and other legal info. Once we all agree to the terms, we both sign a copy and keep one. At the time of signing, I require a retainer of $500 to reserve your day for you. I will not book any other events on the day you book me.

Throughout this whole process I am available by phone/text and email.  I want to give you, my client access to me as much as possible. I know how frustrating it can be not being able to get a hold of someone! So call me send me some ideas, stay in touch as much as you'd like. I'll get right back to you.

If you have chosen to have an engagement session done, I will contact you as to when and where you'd like to have it. Afterwards I edit these images and get them right out to you. I upload them also for viewing and sharing. I make these images downloadable. (more info on my FAQ page)

Once we get closer to your wedding day, I will be in touch again to go over scheduling and details. The balance is due on the wedding day. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

After the wedding I will begin work on your images. I begin that Monday morning after the wedding in my studio editing the entire collection. The film is sent out also. Within two weeks I will have the images edited and uploaded to your gallery. I send you the link to view. This is my favorite email to send out since it is the final product and I know you'll be happy!

Then I send out the flash drive (if you have chosen this option) shortly after.

That's it, pretty easy and straight forward!
